Community Consultation

Broxburn and Uphall - Our Community | Our Choice | Our Vision

A group of local residents of Uphall and Broxburn have come together to create a plan that will make the area a better place to live, work and visit.  They are finalising a suite of community meetings, at which point they will formally launch the research and will circulate posters etc.  Please distribute on social media if you can.

Easter Craft Café

Strathbrock Parish Church are holding an Easter Craft Cafe on Saturday 10th March in Strathbrock Church Hall, Uphall.
 
 
The Event will be open from 10am to 1pm with free entry. There will be a wide variety of stalls offering handcrafted goods, including: sweets, soaps, knitwear, jewellery, cards, patchwork and much more. The exhibitors are coming from all over the central belt.

A Café will be serving home baking and refreshments and entry is free, so why not go along for a coffee and a chat and browse the Easter gift ideas.

Strathbrock Parish Church are holding a Crafters Destash Sale on Saturday 24th February from 10am to 12.30pm in Strathbrock Church Hall, Uphall. (EH52 6BY).

Lots of Crafters are clearing out their craft supplies to offer you some crafty bargains. Fabric, wool, card making, beads, ribbons, jewellery making equipment, craft books, haberdashery and much more.  Over 30 tables of bargains to browse and buy, and you will be able to stock up on crafting supplies at reasonable prices.

Crafting for business or pleasure, youth/children's leader and teachers.  Bargains available!  Cafe open from 9.30am, selling filled rolls, home baking and refreshments.

Strathbrock Parish Church - Annual Craft Fair

Strathbrock Parish Church are holding their Annual Craft Fair on Saturday 7th October from 10.30am to 3.30pm in Strathbrock Church Hall, Uphall.

There will be 40 stalls selling unique handcrafted gifts and products. Some stallholders are returning, but there are a lot of new stallholders coming to the area for the first time with some new and unusual crafts.

A coffee bar will be open all day offering filled rolls, home baking and refreshments. Entry to the Fair is free, so why not start your Christmas shopping early or enjoy an afternoon out with friends!!
