Strathbrock Castle PDF Print E-mail

The actual location of Strathbrock Castle is not known and over the years many local historians have suggested various possibilities.

In the "History and Antiquities of the Parish of Uphall" by Rev James Primrose, it is suggested that Strathbrock Castle was on the north side of the Brox-burn.

However, the best information and theories on the location of Strathbrock Castle can be found at www.cyberscotia.com.  cyberscotia, run by Dr Sweeney-Turner, is an excellent resource which contains a wealth of information about the ancient lothians.
